Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a printable shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your home goods in their original box with all protective inserts to ensure they remain undamaged during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
